Cancellation Policy

FLVA Enrollment & Cancellation Policy Welcome to First Line Veterinary Academy (FLVA)! By enrolling in any FLVA course, program, workshop, or academy, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all FLVA policies, procedures, and student expectations. Enrollment provides access only to the course or program selected. Course materials, downloadable resources, certificates, and bonuses vary by program. Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary internet access and compatible devices to participate in online learning. Most FLVA programs are self-paced, allowing students to complete coursework at their own pace. Students are encouraged to complete lessons in order and actively participate in assignments and quizzes for the best learning experience. Cancellations & Withdrawals Students may request to cancel their enrollment before accessing course materials by contacting FLVA as soon as possible. Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or coursework has begun, the course is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital educational products. Students may voluntarily withdraw from a course at any time. Withdrawal ends participation but does not automatically qualify for a refund. Students who withdraw may be eligible to reenroll under FLVA's current policies. Duplicate purchases, accidental enrollments, technical issues, or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. FLVA reserves the right to approve refunds, credits, or enrollment transfers at its sole discretion. Students are expected to maintain professionalism, honesty, integrity, and respect throughout all FLVA courses and community spaces. Academic dishonesty, harassment, abusive behavior, or policy violations may result in suspension or removal from FLVA programs without refund. Certificates of Completion are awarded after all required course requirements have been successfully completed. FLVA certificates recognize completion of FLVA educational programs and are not state licensure or national professional certification unless specifically stated. FLVA reserves the right to update academy policies as programs continue to grow. The most current policies will always be available on the FLVA website.
